Parking: Please park in the circle drive located in front of Luna Lodge. The drive is shared with your neighbors next door, so please park considerately to allow room for all guests.
Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Please turn off all lights and lock the doors when leaving.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a peaceful retreat space — parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking: Permitted outdoors only, at least 20 feet from the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
The living room smart TV is ready for streaming. Use your own logins for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and other apps.
To turn on the AC / Heat: Press the orange POWER button on the remote. Press MODE until you see the correct symbol (❄️ for cool, ☀️ for heat). Use the ▲ / ▼ buttons to set your desired temperature (68°–72°F recommended). Point the remote toward the unit.
Note: The thermostat in the Family Room controls heat only. Do not use it for AC. The mini-split is controlled exclusively with the remote.
At checkout: Please press the orange POWER button to turn the mini-split system off.
PAC Trash bins are located at the roadside near the driveway. Trash pickup is every Wednesday at 6:00 AM . Please place all bagged trash inside the bins and ensure lids are closed securely to keep wildlife out.
Only take out the trash if indoor cans become full during your stay.
Enjoy private access to beautiful Lake Huron ! The lake access path is located directly across from the house. Follow the path down to the shoreline.
Water shoes are recommended — the shoreline can be rocky in some areas. Please use caution, especially after rain or in low-light conditions.

Take Shepler's or Star Line ferry from Mackinaw City. No cars are allowed on the island — rent bikes or take a horse-drawn carriage. Try the famous Whitefish Dip at Pink Pony and grab fudge from Joann's before you leave.
